Visit us at Ebike Republic, located at 135 Buxton Road, Whaley Bridge SK23 7HX, to experience and test ride our range of electric bikes. After you've found your perfect match, we'll provide a fair and instant valuation for your old bike, offering you between £100 and £500 based on various factors like its condition, type, and age.

Plus, we'll make sure to refurbish or recycle your old bike responsibly for a more eco-conscious approach.

Online:

If visiting the store isn't convenient for you, simply email us at info@ebikerepublic.co.uk with a picture of your old bike for a quick assessment. Alternatively, use our live chat feature on the website to upload an image. Expect to receive your valuation within 30 minutes during our trading hours.

Once you've chosen your new e-bike, we'll deliver it fully assembled and ready to ride in just 3 to 5 working days. We can even collect your trade-in at the same time for your convenience**.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Return Policy:

The consumer assumes the ultimate responsibility for the return of the part-exchanged bike. While Ebike Republic may facilitate the collection of the part-exchanged bike in certain cases, the company reserves the right to offset the return cost from the offered price.

2. Redemption Policy:

Part-exchange bikes are exclusively redeemable towards the purchase of a full-priced electric bike from our Whaley Bridge or Online store. This offer is restricted to these specified locations and is not applicable to our broader network of independent retailers. Furthermore, this offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions, nor can it be utilized in conjunction with the sale price of any discounted model, unless expressly approved by Ebike Republic. 

3. Eligibility Criteria:

The trade-in bike must be a fully assembled, full-sized adult bicycle in a functional condition with all major components intact. Frames alone will not be accepted. Additionally, the bike must be a conventional mechanical, non-electric powered bicycle. Regrettably, electric bikes cannot be included in this trade-in program. Ebike Republic reserves the right to turn down any part-exchange offer should it not meet this eligibility criteria.

4. Collection Terms:

The collection of your part-exchanged bike may not always be feasible. Ebike Republic retains the discretion to assess the practicality of collecting the bike based on factors such as associated costs and location.
