All of our bikes carry the following warranty.

• 2 Years on Motor, Battery and electrical system components and  all mechanical components (excluding normal wear & tear)
• 5  Years on the frame (excluding suspension forks)

This warranty protects you against faults arising from:

• Any defects in materials used to manufacture your product
• Any defects in workmanship under normal use
• Any broken components under normal use

All warranty cases will be evaluated and investigated to ensure their validity and in certain cases we may decide the issue or failure has arisen from a cause which excludes it from our usual warranty.

Common exclusions are often as follows:

• Normal wear and tear
• Commercial use
• Damage to products due to being improperly installed, handled or repaired
• Products that have been modified, poorly maintained or neglected
• Product damage from anything other than defects in product material

In the case of a warranty or possible warranty case arising please contact our customer service team by email to info@ebikerepublic.co.uk and give them the following details.

• Your name and contact details
• Copy of your proof of purchase
• A detailed description of the fault
• A picture showing the complete bicycle
• A picture or pictures detailing any specific faults that need highlighting

Once we have this information we will create a warranty case and one of our team will contact you directly to begin the resolution process.
